- Environmental Sustainability & Clean Energy
- Earned recognition by New York State as the No. 1 Clean Energy Community in NY
- Installed electric vehicle charging stations at Municipal Building and Croton-Harmon train station
- Added electrical vehicles to municipal fleet
- Installed Community Solar Array at DPW building
- Approved a new solar array at the Washington Engine Firehouse
- Coordinated construction of 4-megawatt Community Solar power system at the Croton-Harmon Train Station
- First Responders & Public Safety
- Supported Volunteer Firefighters and EMS with needed new facilities (e.g. the new EMS annex currently under construction adjoining the Harmon Fire House) and equipment
- Strengthened retirement benefits for lifetime volunteer firefighters
- Launched “Hometown Heroes” banner program to honor Croton veterans
- Approved maximum property tax exemptions for veterans, seniors and first-responders
- Established village event shuttle and began work towards Croton bike share project set for 2026
- Enacted 25 mph village speed limit for most village roads
- Adopted the Police Reform Plan and created the permanent Police Advisory Committee comprised of Croton residents
- Added 3 bilingual police officers to the Croton PD
- III. Infrastructure & Quality of Life
- Established the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Advisory Committee for growing engagement with the wider community
- Enhanced safety for cyclists, pedestrians and motorists on Croton Point Avenue and around the Village
- Added Bocce Courts to Black Rock Park
- Invested in infrastructure and water quality improvements to Village water system
- Worked towards telecommunications improvement (e.g AT&T adding tower to Municipal Building)
- Housing & Community Development
- Expanded new multifamily housing opportunities for both market-rate and affordable housing including Maple Commons and expanded accessory dwelling unit (ADU) opportunities
- Secured NYS Pro-Housing Community designation, giving the Village access to additional state funds for infrastructure & amenities
- Protecting Taxpayer & Ensuring Fiscal Stability
- Reduced outstanding Village debt by over $9M since 2017
- Secured three consecutive budget surpluses since the COVID-19 pandemic
- Kept property taxes below the cap, including 2 budget with no tax rate increase in the last 3 year
