We all want to keep Croton a place where middle income people can afford to live and small businesses thrive. So why do we need to change the zoning of North Riverside and Municipal Place? To make it easier to create buildings with a mix of moderate priced housing and small business. A mix of the two can make economic sense these days. One or the other alone, not so much.
